  • Party Panda Ltd is not responsible for any issues, disputes, or liabilities arising between vendors and customers.

2. ELIGIBILITY

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this website and make bookings.
  • By using our services, you confirm you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

3. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS

  • All bookings must be made via the Party Panda Ltd platform.
  • Payments are processed through Stripe, and vendors receive their earnings minus Party Panda Ltd’s commission and any payment processing fees.
  • The commission percentage is subject to change, and Party Panda Ltd will notify vendors of any adjustments.
  • Party Panda Ltd does not guarantee vendor availability, service quality, or performance.

4. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

  • Refunds are managed solely by the vendor, not Party Panda Ltd.
  • Vendors set their own cancellation and refund policies, which customers must review before booking.
  • Party Panda Ltd does not issue refunds on behalf of vendors.
  • If a vendor fails to fulfil a booking, Party Panda Ltd may remove them from the platform.

5. DISPUTES & LIABILITY

  • Any disputes must be resolved directly between the customer and the vendor.
  • Party Panda Ltd will not mediate or be held liable for service disputes, refunds, or damages.
  • Vendors are required to have public liability insurance and are solely responsible for their services.

6. VENDOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Vendors must ensure their services, equipment, and operations comply with all UK laws and safety regulations.
  • Vendors must provide accurate and up-to-date service descriptions, pricing, and availability.
  • Vendors agree to honour all confirmed bookings unless otherwise arranged with the customer.

7. USE OF PARTY PANDA LTD BRANDING

  • Vendors may use Party Panda Ltd’s branding in their marketing materials, provided it links back to Party Panda Ltd and does not imply ownership of the platform.
  • Party Panda Ltd may use vendor-provided marketing materials for promotional purposes with prior permission.

8. WEBSITE USE & USER CONDUCT

  • Users must not:
    • Engage in illegal activities, fraud, or abusive behaviour.
    • Upload or distribute harmful content (e.g., viruses, spam, offensive material).
    • Copy or misuse Party Panda Ltd’s content without permission.
  • Party Panda Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any violations.

9. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

  • Our website may contain links to external sites. Party Panda Ltd is not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

10. SERVICE AVAILABILITY & TERMINATION

  • We strive to provide 24/7 platform access, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • Party Panda Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • Party Panda Ltd is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.
  • Users and vendors agree to indemnify Party Panda Ltd against claims, losses, or legal disputes related to their activities.

12. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  • These terms are governed by UK law.
  • Any legal disputes will be subject to arbitration in the United Kingdom.
