Your Event Hire

By proceeding with any booking, you (The Customer) agree fully to the following Term’s & Conditions (under the jurisdiction of England & Wales). This will protects us the supplier, Your Event Hire and you The Customer for hiring the event equipment.

The written contract sets a full agreement between Your Event Hire and you, The Customer.  No other contacts will be valid.

Booking – Your Event Hire require a £50 deposit for all bookings, the remaining balance is needed 30 days prior to the event booking, unless agreed otherwise in writing – Cash or bank transfer accepted.  For late payments additional changes will apply and for any additional usage, this will be charged £100 per hour if not pre-booked. 

Termination – You may cancel or change the booking up to 30 days before.  The £50 deposit is non-refundable. 

Your Event Hire has the right to refuse delivery of all equipment and provide no refund if: 
– Any breach of contract/any of the terms and conditions are broken.
– Your Event Hire does not believe the equipment will be used correctly.
– Force Majeure: If an event beyond the control of either party (such as natural disaster or pandemic) makes it impossible to deliver.
– Health & Safety concerns – putting either the provider or Customer at risk.

Damages to equipment – The Customer will be fully responsible for any damage or loss to the Your Event Hire’s equipment and any misuse by The Customer and/or its guests. If at the time Your Event Hire feels the need to stop the event, Your Event Hire will do so and no refund will be provided.Your Event Hire, will not be liable for any wear and tear, misuse and require the equipment to be used safely and without risk to health.

Service – All equipment that Your Event Hire, hire to you The Customer, will be in full use for the set amount of time agreed prior to the event.  Please note there may be operational disruptions for either maintenance or change over equipment. If the Your Event Hire believes the machine, equipment or people using the equipment are unsafe at any time, Your Event Hire will stop the hiring service and no refund will be provided. For either service Your Event Hire requires a total space of a 7ft by 7ft.  It is up to you, The Customer, to ensure that you tell us, Your Event Hire, if there is not enough space, Your Event Hire will not be held liable for incorrect measurements and full payment will be taken.

Indemnification – The Customer agrees to and fully understands the following: The Customer, Indemnifying party, agrees to update and communicate all liability related to The Customers Events, during or after the event, as well as the time of service and future. The Customer grants Your Event Hire the right to copyright and reproduce or use any photographs or images of themselves or their guests, in whole or in part, through any medium now known or developed in the future, for purposes such as illustration, art, promotion,social media, advertising, trade, or any other purpose. The Customer releases Your Event Hire from any liability arising from the taking, processing, or publication of these photographs or images, including any claims for libel or invasion of privacy.

Your Event Hire will provide phones, tablets and cameras when hiring the equipment, if you, The Customer or your guests wish to use your own Your Event Hire will not be held liable for any loss or damage.

Social Media – Your Event Hire will upload where possible all images to Facebook, Instagram and any forms of social media, by agreeing to this Terms Agreement, you are identifying that, you, The Customer, will be liable for The Customer and their guests.  In that all images consent to being share online, used for marketing and will not be able to be revoked after signing this agreement.

Equipment & prop images are continuously uploaded, we will not be held liable for any errors or inaccuracies which may occur. We will not provide refunds for circumstances that are beyond Your Event Hire’s control. The Customer, is responsible for all equipment throughout the total hiring time.

Privacy Policy: Your Event Hire is committed to protecting your privacy. We will only collect and use your personal information as necessary to provide you with the products and services you have requested.
