Joining Party Panda is totally free — no panda-monium with hidden fees or surprise charges! Simply create your profile, upload your awesome products and services, and you only pay when something sells. Easy as pie (or cake at a party!). Create an Account
💸 What are the Fees?
We like to keep it simple! When you make a sale, there are two simple fees:
A 5% transaction fee on the sale price.
A small payment processing fee from Stripe (1.5% + £0.20) when your service or product is sold.

Create an account with Stripe. You get paid automatically once the order has been confirmed.
🔧 How do I create product add-ons?
Once your product is live, just head back to edit it, scroll down to Add-ons, and create features like dropdown menus. It’s perfect for adding those extra “wow” factors to your product listings.
🛒 How do I edit my store details?
Head over to your Vendor Dashboard > Settings to update your details. Don’t forget to add your social media links — let’s make your profile the life of the party!
📧 How do I know I have a pending order?
Once the customer requests confirmation for their party/event date you will receive an email letting you know you have an enquiry. From your Vendor Dashboard you can then simply accept or decline.
📱 Can I contact the customer?
When you receive an enquiry you can choose to message the customer at this point. You can also set up a live chat feature. Any correspondence with a customer can be found in Vendor Dashboard > Support.

Make your profile sparkle like confetti! Add high-quality photos of your products, write a fun and informative bio, and don’t forget to include your best features. The more you show off your services, the easier it is for customers to choose you for their big day!
