How do I order products & services?

Simply search for the products you want for your next event. Select your date(s) and “check availability”. Once the vendors have all confirmed your order(s) you will be sent a payment link.

Do I need to register an account?

You will need to register to finalise the booking. This will be done automatically when reserving the booking. Keep up to date with your orders via My Account > Dashboard.

How many products/services can I order?

You can order as many products or services as you like! This can be from multiple vendors if desired.

Can I keep up to date with Vendors I like?

Click on the vendor profile page and hit the follow button. You can also add products and services to your wish list which will be listed in the top banner (heart icon).

What payment options are there?

You can pay with your Credit or Debit Card securely via our payment provider Stripe.

Can I contact a vendor?

Yes, you can send them a direct message from their store page or product page. Some vendors may have a live chat option available.

How much does it cost to join?

Joining and creating a profile on Party Panda is completely free! Upload your products and bookable services and we only charge you when your product sells. Create an Account 

What are the Fees ?

There are two basic selling fees:  a transaction fee and a payment processing fee. Once an item sells, there is a 5% transaction fee on the sale price. Our payment provider Stripe also collect a 1.5% + £0.20 payment processing fee when a service or product is sold.

How do I add a product?

Go to your Vendor Dashboard > My Booking Products > Add New Booking Product. You can duplicate a product to speed up the process for multiple items.

How do I get paid?

Create an account with Stripe. You get paid automatically once the order has been confirmed.

How do I create product add ons? ?

Once you have published a product you edit it and scroll down to Add ons where you can create features such as drop down menus. This is useful for product add ons or products with varying options.

How do I edit my store details?

Go to your Vendor Dashboard > Settings

You can also add social media links in this section.

How do I know i have a pending order?

Once the customer requests confirmation for their party/event date you will receive an email letting you know you have an enquiry. From your Vendor Dashboard you can then simply accept or decline.

Can I contact the customer?

When you receive an enquiry you can choose to message the customer at this point. You can also set up a live chat feature. Any correspondence with a customer can be found in Vendor Dashboard > Support.
